Our school’s Mission Statement speaks clearly of our hearts:
We, through God’s grace, nurture spiritual, academic, physical, emotional, and social growth in children by guiding them to become responsible citizens and members of the body of Christ.
This is accomplished through rigorous programs of learning, challenging programs of athletics, physical development, Christian relationships and fellowship among peers; all directed by experienced, Christian teachers who have chosen to serve their Lord by leading young people to their fullest potential in Christ.
With the emphasis on God, the most important question we ask at Holy Cross Lutheran School is not “Who are we?” but rather “Whose are we?” When children recognize that they are God’s own, blessed by His love and care, then they mature both spiritually and emotionally. Consider the following:
