Cost:

$15 Registration Fee (per family)

$3.50 an hour per child

(The first ten hours will be collected at registration. After that, the family will be billed accordingly on the first of every month to be due by the 30th. Fees that are 90 days past due are subject to finance charges of 1.5%.)

$5 an hour for non-registered

(Children who attend LatchKey and are not registered will be billed the registered fee of $3.50 per hour for the first two visits. On the third visit the family will be automatically assessed the $15 registration fee plus the non-registered fee of $5 per hour until paperwork is completed and turned in to the office.)

Late Fees will be $1 per minute after 6:00 p.m. (This will be billed at the Director's discretion.)

Discipline:

Please note that all school rules apply during LatchKey hours. When infractions of the rules occur, the staff will deal with the matter: by speaking with the child, applying appropriate consequences, or 5-15 minute time-outs. If this does not change the behavior of the child, the Director will be notified and parents can expect a phone call to discuss other options.
