Welcome to Mrs. Newlin's Classroom
Welcome to Pre 4 here at Holy Cross Preschool / Daycare Center! Our school year is packed with lots of fun and excitement. We have fun learning about Jesus, we use lots of hands-on activities, music, finger plays, art activities of all kinds, cutting with scissors, listening, following directions, stories, outside fun, and making new friends! Our interesting Letter People help us learn our Alphabet!
We love coming to school each day and my prayer is that you will come and share the fun!

Learn More About Mrs. Newlin
I have a BSE in Early Childhood and Elementary Education from Emporia State University, Emporia, KS. and a MS in Educational Psychology with an emphasis in Learning Disabilities from Wichita State University, Wichita, Ks. I have numerous post-graduate hours. I have taught in the early childhood field for 28 years.
My professional goals are to instill the love of Christ and the love of learning in the children I teach. I continue learning in my field through college classes, seminars, and workshops.
My hobbies are activities with my family. We enjoy camping in our Hi-Lo camping trailer. We are all huge Wichita State University Shocker fans and especially enjoy Shocker men’s basketball.
