Mrs. Walterscheid's Awards/Achievements

I am part of partnership of artists here at Holy Cross who have designed the baptismal font and the new processional cross. I worked with a fellow artist to paint the Bible verses around the top of the walls in the Fellowship Hall.

I was a contributing artist and involved my classroom students in Sacred Space: A Collaborative Exhibit at the Ulrich Museum at WSU. I have also been featured in a number of various other exhibits.

I also teach an Adult Enameling class at Mark Arts.

Mrs. Walterscheid's Professional Goals
Professional Goals

I have two professions: one teaching art to students at Holy Cross Lutheran School and one as a working artist in the Wichita community. I want to enrich the lives of my students with art experiences across the curriculum as well as exploring a wide variety of art mediums and techniques. My prayer is that I can enrich my student’s lives with the joy of creativity.

Mrs. Walterscheid's Hobbies

I love to travel and experience new places.
